4LOVE: A unique vocal group whose beautiful harmonies will enchant you. 4LOVE brings together 4 extraordinary women and an amazing band who have created a sound all their own, so diverse their songs resonate with every age group. Their 4 voices are vastly different yet through their passion and honesty, they create unified harmonies rarely heard today. These young ladies take you back to true Gospel while providing a life lesson. Their first album, entitled "4LOVE" takes you on a journey about real people and their experiences growing up in the church.
The story reminds us of the importance of staying connected to the community and the church in spite of the mistakes made. Their lyrics reinforce how God is forgiving and "we are not here to judge others but to accept who they are". 4LOVE's goal with this record is to give people hope, bring people back to the church, be supportive of one another, and forget any previous ill feelings towards your fellow man.
This group was hand selected by Gene Peoples of SkyCity Productions, as he searched for the right singers, holding auditions throughout the country. After meeting hundreds of talented young ladies, he found 4 gifted women with rich depths, extensive musical backgrounds, and commanding presence - Ahisa, Kimera, Vonda, and Tiffany to form the group 4LOVE. Immediately, there was a genuine connection and desire to work together to create great music. Their diverse sound can be contributed to their vastly different musical backgrounds. Vonda brings the very soulful voicing to Tiffany's precise melodic backgrounds, and Ahisa's jazzy smooth tones are all colored by Kimera's strong churchy take it home vocals. Look for their first single, "Praise" off of their debut album "4LOVE" coming out June 2010.
