Marjane
Born in California Marjane' began singing at the age of 2 years old having her first ministry experiences in her home church First Timothy Missionary Baptist Church in Watts, California. As a young adult Marjane' sung in the Nationally Televised Church Choir at Heritage Christian Center under the direction of Pastor Joe Pace in Denver, Colorado. Marjane' has a passion and desire for the things of God and as an adult she is fulfilling a call on her life through her Music Ministry. Marjane' is truly gifted and anointed, sharing messages of deliverance, healing, praise, worship and her love of God through her music.
With the release of her debut album "Keys to my Heart" audiences, radio, and internet listeners have loved the contemporary style and power house voice of Marjané. pronounced Mar-ja-nay) Making the (1st round) ballot for a Stellar Award for Best New Artist Of the Year in 2008, Marjané releases her second album "Won't Let Go" hoping to gain the interest of many in the Gospel Industry.
Since the release of her newest album Marjané has received another (1st round) nomination for a 2010 Stellar Award for Contemporary Female Vocalist of the Year and nomination for London's Mp3 Music Awards. Accompanying Gospel great Dr. Bobby Jones and the Nashville Super Choir for the 2010 BET Celebration of Gospel and opening for Gospel great Karen Clark Sheard, Marjané is blazing the trail with her current hit bound single "This Joy".
